We offer a variety of approaches to achieve and maintain your optimal health. Whether you are experiencing pain or simply want to improve your physical and mental wellbeing, Freedom Bliss Yoga provides a way and friendly environment to do so.
I look forward to share my practice and knowledge bestowed by my teachers with everyone in the zestful and yet peaceful and welcoming environment for you to shape your yoga practice and find your own individual expression in this journey. With the years of consistent yoga practice “Yoga-Sadhana”, I recognize and realize the importance of individualized attention in a practice and consciously try to provide it in my classes.
